Remoulade Sauce

Great sauce for many seafood dishes.

Ingredients:

•1 Cup mayonnaise
•3 Tablespoons of ketchup
•2 to 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•1 Tablespoon grated onin
•1 Large clove of garlic minced
•1 1/2 Tablespoons chopped dill pickles
•2 Teaspoons dijon mustard
•Salt & Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Keep refrigerated.
