In a large sauté pan, over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter. When the butter is melted and the oil is hot add the shallots, garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook till the shallots, and garlic are soft. Then add the wine, broth, lemon juice, zest, and dried basil. Bring to a boil and let boil for a couple of minutes, then add the Maine Shrimpmeat. Allow to cook for 1 - 2 minutes, the shrimp don’t take long, as soon as the shrimp loose their transparency they are done.
Pour the mixture over the cooked linquini, toss to mix well.
